Cranial Sacral Balancing

After initial CS session, you have the option to integrate cranial sacral therapy with massage. All CS sessions typically include some neck and shoulder massage.

Aquatic Bodywork
Student of Watsu®. (Aquatic therapy for all bodies modeled after Zen Shiatsu).

Sliding Scale Payment
In my attempt to make receiving bodywork more accessible, cost for my treatments are all based on a sliding scale for so you can pay a rate that is most comfortable for you. No tipping necessary. This is a service for your health not just a treat.
Pre-payment is required for first time clients. Refunds available if cancelled prior to 24 hrs.

Face masks are preferred, but no longer required. I continue to wear a face mask for the health of clients and myself. 
We use HEPA air purifiers and disinfect surfaces after each use.
The office is shared with Cedar Rose Naturopathic on separate days.
There is ample affordable street parking.
